Terms of Service

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for all activity under your account, and for keeping your credentials and staff PINs confidential. You must be authorized to act for the business you register.

Hulufy is offered in Starter, Plus and Pro plans with different features and limits. Fees, billing cycle and plan limits are shown at sign-up and may change with notice. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

Hulufy verifies payments by checking information made available by banks and wallets. We work to keep results accurate, but we do not guarantee the availability, accuracy or timeliness of third-party bank systems. A verification result is a tool to assist your decision and is not a guarantee of settlement. You remain responsible for your sales decisions.

Hulufy is an independent, privately operated tool intended for your own business and personal record-keeping. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by, or connected to any government body, tax authority, bank, or payment provider. Any reports, summaries or VAT figures it produces are for your personal and internal use only and are not intended for official or governmental submission. You are solely responsible for any official tax filing or reporting, which must be done through the proper authorities.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, or using it for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for complying with Ethiopian tax and commercial law, including VAT and other tax obligations.

Hulufy and its logos, software and content are owned by Hulufy. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or technology except the limited right to use the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hulufy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from fake receipts, third-party bank failures, or your reliance on a verification result. The Service is provided "as is".

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
