Privacy Policy

Account & business data: name, email, phone number, business name, TIN, branch and staff details you provide when you register or invite team members.

Transaction data: sales, inventory, customer records and payment-verification results (bank or wallet, reference number, amount, sender and receiver, and the verdict).

Device & usage data: app version, device type, IP address and basic diagnostics needed to operate and secure the service.

To provide the POS, inventory, reporting and payment-verification features; to authenticate users and enforce roles; to detect fraud and abuse; to provide support; and to comply with tax and legal obligations.

When you verify a payment, Hulufy retrieves the corresponding receipt information from the relevant bank or wallet to confirm the transaction. We store the verification result so you have a permanent record tied to your business and branch.

We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers that help us run Hulufy (for example hosting and messaging), with the banks or wallets needed to verify a payment, and where required by law.

We keep records for as long as your account is active or as required for tax and legal compliance, then delete or anonymize them. We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.
